Sunrise Aviation Recognizes Capt. Ernest Neal of India
SUNRISE AVIATION RECOGNIZES CAPTAIN ERNEST NEAL OF INDIA FOR HIS 59 YEARS OF DESTINGUISHED SERVICE TO AVIATION
Ormond Beach, Florida – January 9, 2010 – Sunrise Aviation located in Ormond Beach, Florida today issued a statement recognizing Captain Ernest V. Neal of India for his 59 years of service to aviation.
Capt. Neal began his aviation career as a pilot for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). He served in the RCAF from 1952 until 1958 and his work included anti-submarine warfare and Search and Rescue. Capt. Neal has been a flight instructor since 1959 starting with a flying club in India. He eventually became the Chief Flying Instructor of that organization. Captain Neal has also served as an Examiner for the DGCA in India. His career has taken him to Malaysia where he was designated by India and the government of Malaysia as a Chief Flying Instructor. Captain Neal was also designated by the government of Malaysia as an Examiner. Later in his career, Captain Neal was Chief Ground Instructor and Director of Operations for two different flight schools in India.
Since 1999, Captain Neal has been self-employed and provides ground instruction and advice to pilot applicants in India.
Captain Neal has been designated as a member or associate in numerous aviation societies including the Aeronautical Society of India and the Royal Aeronautical Society. Captain Neal has logged over 11,500 hours of flight time.
