Sunrise Aviation Adds Technically Advanced Aircraft
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SUNRISE AVIATION NOW OFFERS GLASS-COCKPIT OPTIONS FOR FLIGHT TRAINING
Ormond Beach, Florida – February 25, 2010 – Sunrise Aviation now offers flight training in two different types of Technically Advanced (glass cockpit) Aircraft. This premier flight school that has trained hundreds of pilots from around the world now has both a Cirrus SR-20 and Cessna 172 Skyhawks available with full glass cockpits and automation.
Since all new aircraft in the corporate and airline fleets feature modern glass cockpits, many experts recommend that student pilots obtain some experience in a modern cockpit in a flight training environment prior to landing that first professional job. Either the SR-20 with Avidyne avionics or the C172 with Garmin G-1000 avionics fit this requirement.
While many students still desire training in more traditional aircraft as they are more economical, a training package that includes as few as 15 hours in the glass-cockpit aircraft can still be economical as well as fulfill this training requirement. For an additional cost of as little as $1000, students at Sunrise Aviation in Ormond Beach, Florida can complete the instrument rating in the Technically Advanced Aircraft.
The new aircraft are being added to the extensive fleet already at Sunrise Aviation. That fleet now includes nearly 40 aircraft available for rental and flight training. Besides the SR-20 and C172 with G-1000 avionics, Sunrise Aviation offers Cessna 152s, other Cessna 172 Skyhawk models, Piper Tomahawk, Piper Arrow, Piper Seminole, Piper Seneca, and King Air aircraft.
The amount of flight training conducted at Sunrise Aviation has expanded over the past few years. Today, students from Asia and the Gulf States keep the Sunrise Aviation fleet especially busy. The most recent national flag added to the Sunrise Aviation map is the country of Ukraine. Sunrise Aviation continues to be one of the few flight training organizations approved to train pilots from the Ukraine outside that country. Other students arriving at Sunrise Aviation recently have come from Spain, Malaysia, Great Britain, Norway, UAE, and Egypt.
Sunrise Aviation in Ormond Beach, Florida is conveniently located just 3 miles off I-95 at Exit 273 (US-1). Potential students can find them at www.flysunriseaviation.com or call 1-386-677-5724.
